Verionix Vx-6100 series sensors provide trace detection of Nitrogen in either bulk Argon or bulk Helium gas supplies.

Requiring low gas flows and only 24 VDC power to be made operational, Vx-6100 binary (trace) gas analyzers are easily located at point of measurement. Their compact (brick-sized) footprint eliminates the need to plumb costly sampling lines to control rooms, and improves sensor responsiveness to real-time changes in gas quality. With the ability to detect Nitrogen contamination at low flow rates, the amount of gas used to assure control conditions is also reduced.

  • Sensitivity to 10 ppb
Monitors process-damaging trace Nitrogen contaminants in bulk Argon or Helium gas supplies
  • Dual range capability (0-10 or 0-100 ppm)
Analog, Binary or digital output with over-range alarm capabilities
  • Flows as low as 1 sccm. Operating pressures to 2 ATM
Minimizes productivity losses and costs of higher-flow systems
  • Locates at Point-of-Use for fast, real-time response
Small size permits location at gas source for best real-time responsiveness. Eliminates need for control racks and lengthy sampling lines
  • Two models available: N2 in Argon or N2 in Helium
Choose the sensor right for your application
  • No gas filters, catalysts, columns or radioactive sources
    Simplifies installation and maintenance requirements
  • Standard Ethernet/Digital/Analog interfaces
Web-enabled reporting plus digital supervisory controllability
